TOWN OF EDISTO BEACH
AN ORDINANCE
To amend Section 86-175 so as to provide parking requirements for commercial recreational piers as well as for other miscellaneous improvements within the Town of Edisto Beach.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Edisto Beach in Council duly assembled and by the authority of the same:
1. Section 86-175 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Edisto Beach, as amended, is further amended to provide under business uses immediately following “Commercial Piers, Ports, Marinas and Docking Facilities,” the category “Commercial Recreational Piers” is read as follows:

One space for each 200 square feet of gross deck space without seats plus one space for each three seating accommodations for deck areas where seating is provided; one space for each two employees on shift of greatest employment. |
2. Section 86-175 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Edisto Beach, as amended, is further amended to insert at the end of that section the following:

All other residential, public, semipublic, business, wholesale and industrial uses not otherwise specified in this Ordinance. |

3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval by Council.
